The Women's Monthly Restoration Circle is a small intimate gathering of 4-6 women for a brief journaling and somatic restorative yoga practice. Somatic Restorative Yoga is about releasing tension and moving into active restoration.

About the event
What to Expect: Each session draws from gently yoga, breathwork, and body-based practices that support regulation, ease, and the kind of rest that midlife often makes harder to find. This offering is educational and not medical advice. Movement is always optional and adaptable, however you will need the ability to move up and down off the floor.
What to Bring: Journal for reflection, taking notes to bring home for your own practices through the month. Yoga mat, yoga blanket,and yoga bolster if you have one. Water bottle.
