These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Heartscapes LLC and reflect our commitment to supporting you through perimenopause and menopause with wisdom, professionalism, and care. By engaging our services, you're joining a community dedicated to helping professional women navigate this sacred transition with confidence and grace.

Acceptance and Eligibility

By enrolling in any Heartscapes LLC program, scheduling consultations, or accessing our materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding contracts. TeachableLuisa Zhou

Your agreement to these terms creates a binding contract between you and Heartscapes LLC.

Services Offered and Professional Boundaries

Heartscapes LLC provides educational wellness coaching for professional women (ages 45-60) navigating perimenopause and menopause through:

  • The Midjourney Class (online course)

  • Foundations Package (3 consultations + Morning Altars + nervous system tools)

  • The Wild Creative (creativity workshops)

Important: Our services are educational and supportive, not medical. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

Professional Qualifications

Julie Cardoza holds the following certifications: IWHI Certified Coach, Certified Morning Altars Teacher, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and Nervous System Specialist. These qualifications do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic licensing.

Course Access & Materials

  • Lifetime access to courses (while hosted)

  • Materials for personal use only - no sharing or commercial use

  • All content is copyrighted and proprietary to Heartscapes LLC

Client Responsibilities

  • Attend sessions punctually and prepared

  • Complete assignments and communicate openly

  • Maintain technology security and professional boundaries

  • You assume all risks from implementing recommendations

Professional Licensing Disclosure

Julie Cardoza is not a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or registered dietitian.The services offered by Heartscapes LLC are complementary to, not a replacement for, licensed healthcare services.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality except when required by law, to prevent harm, or with your written consent. However, please note there is no legal protection or "confidence" of your disclosures. 

Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in the state of California  under California] law. 30-day good faith resolution period required first.

General Terms
