Nature Based Professional Workshop

The Elemental Renewal™ workshop is an immersive nature-based professional development event designed specifically for therapists, focusing on self-care and renewal practices.

 

The workshop explores three key content areas:

  • Nature Connection & Therapeutic Presence,

  • The Neuroscience Angle,

  • Cultural & Ritual Elements

 

Participants will gain experiential learning in nature-based self-care, practical burnout prevention tools, connection with fellow therapists, and fresh approaches to professional renewal.

Celebrate the summer solstice by creating beautiful nature mandalas that honor the longest day of the year and your own inner light. In this intimate 90-minute workshop, you'll experience the transformative practice of arranging natural elements into designs for reflection and insight.

This workshop weaves together:

  • Mindfulness practices to center and ground your awareness

  • Guided creation of your personal nature mandala

  • Sensory experiences with summer herbs and essential oils

  • Reflective practices to set intentions for the season ahead
