"What we call play is simply the child's exuberant exploration of her world, an exploration that is naturally and thoroughly sensory. She wants to see, touch, hear, taste, and sniff everything. She wants to tactilely interact with each thing she encounters in the home and in nature. And she needs regular interactive play with her parents and other family members."

Morning Altars

Based in Mind-Body Work, Somatics and Yoga, these practice help you discover how simple breathwork and body-based techniques can activate your vagus nerve and calm your nervous system. These well-being practice help regulate emotions and support stress relief.

creation, and so creativity, is the  act of giving life, the nourishing and enhancement of life, in whatever way you choose to do it. and when we find our individual creative power, we can harness it and use it to fight for what we care about, to remake the world in our own image. but what might such a creative woman look like and how might she do such a thing?

choosing to be curious is choosing to be vulnerable because it requires us to surrender to uncertainty. we have to ask questions, admit to not knowing, risk being told that we shouldn't be asking, and, sometimes, make discoveries that lead to discomfort.
